of this page. Or call 1-800-466-6275 (M-F, 8:30-5:30 ET) to conduct your
entire registration over the telephone.
Program Fees
Please see the table below for pricing. Group discounts are available
for groups of five or more; call 1-800-466-6275 for details. Conference fee
covers all conference materials, continental breakfasts, luncheons and
the awards reception. Payment may be made by check or credit card. All
registrations must be paid in full by the first day of the conference. In
order to receive the early registration pricing, registrations must be paid
in full by October 29, 2006. Checks should be made out
to ZweigWhite.

Cancellation
Registrations may be transferred at any time prior to the event. Because of
venue commitments and printing deadlines, refunds can be issued only for
cancellations received in writing at least 21 days prior to the first day of
the event.
