Every architecture and engineering firm leader knows that talented, motivated, and dedicated personnel are the key to a firm's success. The challenge, however, is not only attracting the best personnel but also retaining them. And in the current
competitive marketplace, retaining the best and the brightest architects and engineers requires firm leaders to create a great workplace—from compensation and benefits to recognition programs, social atmosphere, and opportunities.

The 2008 Best Firm to Work For Summit planning is now underway! We are planning for an even better event in 2008 at the Hyatt at Fisherman's Wharf September 18-19 in San Francisco, CA. This year will prove to be the best yet, with more keynote presentations, focus sessions and the latest on Best Firm practices from industry experts as well as more networking opportunities with new and familiar faces.
